MASTER GUNNERY SERGEANT PETER WILSON WOWS CROWD WITH VIOLIN PERFORMANCE OF THE NATIONAL ANTHEM
Master Gunnery Sergeant Peter Wilson, a 29-year active member of “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band, recently delivered an outstanding rendition of the national anthem. His violin performance left everyone in awe. Wilson, a Morgantown High graduate from the class of 1986, showcased his incredible talent.
The performance, which took place at a public event, was met with resounding cheers and heartfelt gratitude. Seeing a Marine play the national anthem on the violin is a rare and remarkable sight. Wilson’s mastery and dedication were evident in every measure, highlighting the diverse range of skills that Marine Band members bring to their duty.
